You can download EPUB3 MediaOverlays sample books.
Those books are converted from DAISY2.02 to EPUB3 MediaOverlays by Pipeline2 which is a conversion tool that DAISY consortium have been developping.
The books are reflowable and the human voice narration is synchlonized to the sentences. You can playback the books by Readium and the other players.
DAISY2.02 version can be downloaded from the JSRPD's "DAISY factory" website.
